Key Responsibilities :
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes for web and mobile apps.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly layouts consistent with brand guidelines.
- Work with developers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
- Conduct user research, surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze user behavior and pain points to inform design decisions.
- Create personas, journey maps, and task flows based on research insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
- Present design ideas and rationale to internal teams and executives.
- Participate in agile/scrum meetings and contribute to product planning.
- Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system and component library.
- Ensure consistent UX patterns and visual styles across the product suite.
- Use design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experiences.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS (not required to code, but good to understand)
