We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute our email marketing strategies to drive user engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS email marketing, automation, segmentation, and performance analytics.

- Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with SaaS business goals.
- Plan, design, and execute targeted email campaigns for customer acquisition, onboarding, retention, upselling, and renewals.
- Manage email marketing automation workflows (drip campaigns, behavioral triggers, re-engagement).
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize based on key metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversions, and churn reduction.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, layouts, CTAs, and send times to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Design, and Sales teams for cohesive messaging.
- Ensure email templates are responsive, brand-compliant, and optimized for deliverability.
- Manage subscriber lists, segmentation, and data hygiene practices.
- Stay updated with email marketing trends, SaaS customer journeys, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with at least 2+ years managing SaaS product campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles and B2B marketing funnels.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM integrations, segmentation, and automation workflows.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data to optimize campaigns.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills for clear, persuasive messaging.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and legal compliance standards.
- Leadership skills to mentor junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
