Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solution designs. Identify the most suitable AI algorithms, models, and frameworks for each project.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring high-quality code, scalability, and reliability. Take ownership of the technical architecture, code review processes, and deployment strategies.
- Work closely with data engineers and data scientists to ensure proper data collection, storage, and preprocessing for AI projects. Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize AI models and algorithms for efficiency and accuracy.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines for AI development. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and mentor junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, tools, and frameworks. Identify opportunities for innovation and research to improve existing AI capabilities.
- Understanding of functional design principles, object-oriented programming principles, and basic algorithms.
- Ability to work on a dynamic, research-oriented team that has concurrent projects
- At least 2 years of experience in formulating and strategizing AI solutions and data modeling.
- Advanced experience in pattern recognition and predictive modeling.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep learning for Natural Language Processing & Computer Vision, and hands on experience with Open AI and HuggingFace Models in Python
- Extensive knowledge of AI frameworks, libraries, data structures, data training, data modeling, and model deployment architecture.
- Expertise in REST API development.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model management, monitoring, and deployment.
- Familiarity with Cloud services, i.e AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
- knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow,PyTorch and Scikit-learn.
- Programming experience in one or more of the following languages, such as Python and R.

- Identify vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10 and implement strategies to mitigate them.
