We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role primarily involves generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for SaaS-based projects with a strong focus on LinkedIn management solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT/software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, LinkedIn outreach, and professional communication.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM updates, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends, SaaS products, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within a software house or SaaS-based company.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in SaaS or digital solutions.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation, outreach strategies, and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, and business research platforms.
