Job Responsibilities :
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and business opportunities.
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Developing proposals and presentations to pitch services to clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Developing and maintaining a database of prospective clients and leads.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences to promote services and generate leads.
  • Identifying potential partnerships and joint ventures to expand business opportunities over the globe.
  • Analyzing and reporting on sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions and strategies.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Job Specifications :
  • Bachelors (Preferably a CS ) 
  • Basic Knowledge in growing Software Development Services Business using Upwork, LinkedIn, B2B & B2C models.
  • Excellent Communication and reporting skills.
